the sunset, so do Tess & Ryszard bring this

character and personality being the three key elements
of the perfect hosts.
Ryszard’s background
began in his native Poland where he completed his studies
with an honors degree in Law and Journalism. Taking on
the opportunity to travel, Ryszard immigrated to Australia
where he became involved as owner/manager in a restaurant
business, fine tuning his bar tending talents and offering
silver service. Moving onto bigger things, Ryszard bought
into a large vacation resort in Cairns where he and Tess
met diving on the Great Barrier Reef.

Hailing from South Africa and graduating with a Commerce
& Marketing Degree, Tess traveled and worked
extensively in both London and Australia, honing her
numerous talents and skills. Equestrian Show Jumping,
Squash, Scuba Diving, & Skiing being a few of the
physical sports that she enjoys as well as cooking and
photography. Her appreciation of the finer things in
life gives Tess a flair that shines through in
everything she does. Gastronomic delights abound -each
dish a showcase - and she has enhanced this by attending
the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
Together Tess & Ryszard headed to Canada where they
took over the operations of a popular ski lodge and
spent the next year training staff and implementing
improvements on general operations.
Africa beckoned, so Tess and Ryszard returned to her
hometown in Durban. With their natural talents and
experience they took on the management of an exclusive
African Game Lodge which catered to the affluent
International market.
Missing the tropical climate and coral reefs this fun
loving couple took the opportunity to sail across the
Atlantic to the Caribbean from South Africa. For the
past few years Tess & Ryszard have been chartering
in the islands and have built a formidable reputation
for excellence. Let them share with you their passions
for scuba diving, wildlife photography and exploring not
to mention their love of good food and wines.
