Gary Stewart (29) from South Africa first learned to
sail off the coasts of Africa and soon developed a
passion for the high seas. A former yacht delivery
skipper, Gary is now a professional yachtsman and holds
an RYA Yachtmasters license. He has sailed and traveled
extensively working in restaurants and as a sailing
instructor teaching ASA CST courses. Also a keen diver,
Gary has his PADI Divemaster certificate. Let Gary share
his passion and knowledge for sailing and diving with
you
Tamlyn (29) from South Africa was a fashion designer,
chef and Nanny having traveled the world purchasing
stock and researching designs she has sampled and
enjoyed many varied cusines. Tamlyn trained as a Cordon
Blue chef and worked under the head chef of the Hilton
Hotel Durban. Tamlyn's love for entertaining and
friendly outgoing nature, mixed with her natural
creative flair, offers cooking onboard for discerning
palates. Her versatile menu provides gourmet dining to
suit everyone’s taste buds
